Electric Panels - L.P.C.

The electrical panels for the emission control system, are made of steel sheet or polyester fiberglass, with single or double door, according to IP 55 or IP 64 standard, however according to the current regulations for the specific applications.

They have all the necessary instrumentation, control and safety devices to run the process of the emission control, and it can be local or distant placed, manual or automatic, managed by PLC or electromechanical devices.

Generally in the front side of the panel there are:

• the main power switch with the safety door lock
  

• the over current and safety relays
  

• switches and regulation devices for instrument, equipment and plant control
  

• LCD displays for the operating and measure indications  
  

• The switch on of motors can be throughout "soft starter" or "inverter"
  

The electric panels control the operation of :

• Dosing and recycling pumps
  

• Levels of recycling tanks and of dosing stations
  

• Valves for water filling and for draining exhaust liquids
  

• Inlet and outlet fans
  

• Value control of pH, Rx, Conductibility
  

• Further specific instrumentation and equipment
